The weekend after Thanksgiving our family succumbed to the beast that is COVID-19. In this episode, I share our experiences ranging from my husband in his 40’s, myself in my 30’s and our 7-year old (the teenagers seem to have escaped). I also discuss some of the tools I used to help us on our recovery journey and give some insight into some of the positive things that can be gleaned from this year of Pandemic reactions.
